Are you a Travel Sales Consultant who prides themselves on exceptional customer service? Have you got experience of working for an independent travel operator and selling a niche travel product? This exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a Sales & Reservations consultant, where you will be the main point of contact for the company. The successful Consultant will receive a competitive salary, Monday to Friday working, and the chance to travel overseas.
THE JOB:
Manage sales leads received by the Company via the Company's website, email, mail or telephone
Maintain relationships with trade partners
Assist in maintaining CREWS, the in-house reservation system with product loading, pricing, itineraries and inventory
Assist the Customer Services team with pre-travel queries from clients by email and phone
Assist the Customer Services team with handling feedback post travel
Assist other colleagues / departments with administrative tasks as required
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The ideal applicant will have experience in a similar Travel Sales position.
Computer skills to include Word, Excel, Outlook & Power-Point
Excellent telephone manner and inter-personal skills.
Good work-load management with the ability to prioritise all sales opportunities before other duties.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
THE PACKAGE:
Full-time & permanent
Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 / 10:00-18:00 on a roster basis
20 days holiday increases with service

Salary in the region of £26k depending on experience
