We are seeking a dedicated Resourcing and Compliance Officer to support our growing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing and screening candidates for early years and educational placements
* Use job boards to continuously source candidates
* Place adverts and use social media to generate candidate attraction
* Arrange interviews and manage and complete compliance checks
* Ensuring full compliance with safeguarding regulations and recruitment policies
* Maintaining accurate records and managing compliance documentation
* Collaborating with consultants to meet client staffing needs
Requirements:
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Experience in resourcing, compliance, or a similar role preferred but not essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
