Location: Lee Barns, Maidenhead (SL6 6PE)

Job Type: Full-Time (08:30-17:00)

About the Role

At OP Agency, we're proud to be the chosen training provider for our client's extensive retailer network. Our mission is to create and deliver innovative training solutions that reflect the brand's commitment to excellence.

In this role, you'll be the main contact for all training initiatives aimed at the retailer network. You'll work closely with the Account Manager and Project Executives to develop and implement marketing strategies that inspire participation in training programmes. Additionally, you'll coordinate communication with the network to manage training reservations and align them with individual development plans.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage high volumes of communication with the retailer network (email, CRM, telephone, campaigns) and provide excellent customer service to support training enquiries, bookings and amendments.
* Coordinate and facilitate training initiatives, updating and correcting results/attendance in the LMS (Learning Management System), and ensuring materials and website content are accurate and engaging.
* Maintain and update retailer data (including network staff lists, retailer list and retailer quiz tools) to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effective network engagement.
* Generating and updating frequent reports to track and manage retailer performance.
* Assist with general team administration and provide support on review meetings with the retailer network.
* Providing a high level of customer service to the network to ensure learners are aware and prepared for their booked training.
* Attend internal and external meetings (including occasional off-site visits) and collaborate with colleagues to consistently achieve SLAs and KPIs.

What We're Looking For

Required:

* Advanced Office 365 and Google Workspace skills (competent with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Mail, Google Sheets and Google Docs)
* Capable of working with reporting formulas
* Quality focused with excellent communication skills
* Strong objection handling skills
* Valid UK driving licence
* A 'can do' attitude with the ability to multitask

Desired:

* 2 years' experience in customer service and administration
* Ability to evidence a client/customer facing role with responsibilities
* Ability to review and improve processes
* A passion for the automotive industry would be advantageous
* Training experience is advantageous
