What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of Customer Success Managers to deliver results
✅ Driving performance and accountability across sales activity and forecasting
✅ Implementing and executing the wider commercial strategy
✅ Supporting team development through training, planning, and sharing best practices
✅ Ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer experience
✅ Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support commercial goals
✅ Reporting, analysing data, and ensuring high-quality, compliant sales practices
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience managing high-performing sales or customer success teams
Background in automotive finance or SaaS strongly preferred
A hands-on leader with a strong commercial mindset and coaching approach
Confident in managing performance and delivering team results
Proactive, resilient, and driven by outcomes
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM tools is a plus
