We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Health & Safety to lead and shape our safety agenda across a diverse portfolio of construction, refurbishment and new build projects. This is a senior leadership role with real influence, responsible for driving high standards and embedding a proactive, zero-harm culture across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and implementation of the company’s Health & Safety strategy
* Promote a strong, positive safety culture across all projects and teams
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry best practice
* Provide expert guidance to senior leadership and operational teams
* Monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and manage risk effectively
About You
* A Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH)
* Proven experience in a senior Health & Safety leadership role within construction
* Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation
* A confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
* A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
