Description
The Team Leader will ensure that the Digital Post Team, as well as contributing to the Business Support Division, delivers an efficient, cost-effective service to the entire business. They will lead the Central Digital Post Team using innovative technology to process all incoming documents and ensure that outgoing mail is handled efficiently and in line with GDPR regulations. The role involves ensuring compliance with internal processes, meeting KPIs, and providing excellent service while promoting positive engagement and demonstrating Keoghs’ Core Values.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with GDPR, SRA Code of Conduct for Solicitors, REL's, RFLs, ISO/firms policies and procedures.
* Achieve team objectives and KPIs within budget, managing workload and resources effectively.
* Assist in HR strategic planning, including engagement scores and team development.
* Prepare training materials and conduct training for team members.
* Monitor team performance, conduct reviews, and provide feedback.
* Encourage professional growth through Personal Development Plans and career progression.
* Manage team performance data and report to management.
* Maintain high standards of work quality and customer satisfaction.
* Handle queries professionally and ensure policy adherence.
Working Hours
This role is 35 hours per week, within core office hours (08:30-17:00), with flexible start times as required.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Leadership and excellent communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills and adaptability to change.
* Resilience and a positive attitude towards challenges.
* Management experience preferred.
