This is a pivotal role within a fast-paced and evolving organisation. You’ll be responsible for: Budget Setting: Leading the development and management of complex budgets across multiple departments with multiple revenue streams. Business Partnering: Collaborating closely with operational teams to provide financial insight, challenge assumptions, and support strategic decision-making. Cost Allocation: Designing and implementing robust cost allocation models to ensure accurate reporting and accountability. Revenue Stream Management: Navigating multiple income sources including events, venues, catering, and new business ventures. Forecasting & Planning: Supporting long-term financial planning for new opportunities and seasonal activities. What We’re Looking For Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent). Experience: Proven track record in a similar role with the ability to challenge the status quo and change mindsets with experienced but non-finance managers Skills: Strong analytical and financial modelling skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities Proficiency in budgeting software and financial systems Commercial acumen and a proactive approach to problem-solving Why Join?
