Are you a Psychology graduate looking to gain hands‑on experience working with children and young people? We have a variety of opportunities available!! We are currently recruiting for a range of Primary Teaching Assistant roles that allow you to apply your academic knowledge in real‑world educational settings.
These roles are ideal for graduates considering a career in Educational or Clinical Psychology, Counselling, Youth Work, or Teaching.
What you’ll do:
* Support pupils with additional needs, including SEN, ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.
* Assist teachers with lessons and interventions.
* Help students overcome barriers to learning.
* Work 1:1 or in small groups to support behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement.
* Provide structure, consistency, and encouragement.
* Collaborate with SENCOs, pastoral staff, and external professionals.
We’re Looking for:
* Psychology Graduates eager to apply theory in real‑world settings.
* Calm and resilient in challenging situations.
* Is patient, proactive, and enthusiastic about supporting young learners.
* Able to build positive, professional relationships with pupils, teachers and parents.
* DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
