Overview
The Regional HR Advisor position offers an exciting opportunity within the industrial and manufacturing industry. This role focuses on providing expert HR support and advice, ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions across multiple locations including Wakefield, York and Hull.
Responsibilities
* Reporting into the HR Director.
* Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees across various sites.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
* Manage employee relations cases, including grievances and disciplinary processes.
* Support recruitment processes, including interviewing and onboarding activities.
* Deliver training sessions and workshops on HR-related topics.
* Maintain accurate HR records and produce reports as required.
* Collaborate with other departments to promote best HR practices.
* Contribute to HR strategy development and implementation.
Profile / Qualifications
* A successful Regional HR Advisor should have:
* Previous experience in an HR advisory role within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
* A solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* CIPD qualification or working towards it.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex situations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
* Based out of Wakefield with travel to the York and Hull — 4 days per week office, 1 day WFH.
