Role Descriptions:
Class Teacher/Deputy Head (Part-Time, Class-Based)
* Inspire and engage young learners with innovative teaching methods.
* Provide strong leadership and support to fellow educators.
* Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
* Collaborate with the Head Teacher to implement school policies and initiatives.
SENDCo
* Lead and manage the provision for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
* Work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to develop and implement effective support strategies.
* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and best practices.
* Promote a culture of inclusion and high expectations for all students.
Combined Role: Class Teacher/Deputy Head and SENDCo
* Integrate the responsibilities of both roles, providing comprehensive leadership and support.
* Balance classroom teaching with SENDCo duties, ensuring a seamless, inclusive learning experience for all students.
