About the role
As a Team Leader, you will leverage your experience to lead the store team daily, helping to implement the retail plan and deliver an excellent customer and patient experience.
Our stores offer a broad range of retail and optometry services. With your leadership and passion, you will collaborate with the Store Manager to foster business growth and positive change.
You will be responsible for achieving strong trading performance supported by an exceptional operational platform. Your store will connect with the local community and the wider business to develop and execute targeted strategies that optimize patient care and profitability.
You will work on-site, reporting to a Store Manager or Hub Store Manager.
