About the Role:
We're looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team, covering Manchester and the surrounding region. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage an established territory, build long-term relationships, and make a real impact with both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow a defined territory, focusing on B2B sales into the Public Sector
* Develop relationships with procurement teams, facility managers, and key decision-makers
* Deliver consultative solutions, driving product uptake and brand loyalty
* Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Provide accurate forecasting and territory reporting
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in a field-based sales role, ideally within B2B distribution
* A strong track record of selling into Public Sector clients (. local authorities, NHS, education,
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised
* Full UK driving licence (company car provided)
