Overview
Customer Support Representative role at Safran Helicopter Engines UK. Located in Fareham, UK. The role focuses on acting as the communication link between the customer and the business, ensuring customer requirements are captured, understood, and communicated to stakeholders, and delivering coordinated and timely responses to maintain On Time Delivery (OTD) and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
* Look after a portfolio of internal and external customer accounts and act as the commercial interface for day-to-day activity related to New Production and MRO business.
* Meet customer satisfaction and internal sales targets.
* Ensure products and services meet customer requirements, quality standards, and airworthiness authorities.
* Work in accordance with HSE legislation, company operating systems, policies and procedures.
* Demonstrate company values and behaviours, continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and working practices and take responsibility for implementing these improvements.
What do you need from me?
Must
* Excellent attention to detail and strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
* High self-motivation with the ability to manage time and multiple tasks to meet deadlines; willing to put in extra hours if required to meet targets.
* Friendly, hardworking with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
* IT literate, proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Should
* Previous CSR experience with complex technical products.
* Excel: Intermediate.
Could
* Demonstrate understanding of technical/engineering/supply chain issues.
* Previous CSR experience in the aerospace industry.
* Experience of SAP.
Personal Attributes
* Self-starter; highly self-motivated.
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
