The Role As a member of the College Executive Team, you will work on site at the College to lead an effective and efficient Human Resources function to support the embedding of a culture, ethos, values and behaviours which contribute to the success of the College. You will further develop, refine and secure support for a comprehensive range of employment and HR policies that support the Strategic Plan and the vision and mission of the College.
