Our client, a well-established automotive business in Inverness, is seeking a dedicated Parts Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual with automotive or sales background to contribute to a thriving B2B automotive environment. * Monday to Friday working hours, 8am to 5pm, with no weekends

Duties of a Parts Advisor:
* Responding promptly and professionally to customer sales queries, orders, and complaints
* Escalating complex customer issues to management when necessary
* Adhering strictly to company policies and procedures in all customer interactions
* Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies through regular training sessions
* Accurately understanding and clarifying customer requests and issues
* Upselling relevant products and services to meet sales targets
* Ensuring detailed and accurate customer records in the CRM system
* Managing parts look-up and order pre-pick processes
* Traveling to client sites to support account management and develop key relationships as a Parts Advisor
Requirements of a Parts Advisor:
* Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or in a sales role within the automotive or related industries
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
* Full UK driving licence is preferred due to the travel involved
* Ambition to develop a long-term career within the motor trade
* Knowledge of automotive parts and industry best practices is advantageous but not essential for individuals from other sales backgrounds
