The CITB is seeking a Levy Operations Team Leader based in King's Lynn, United Kingdom. This is a full-time, permanent role with a target salary of £41,000, located at Bircham Newton with hybrid working arrangements.

Role Overview
We are looking for a self-starter with strong leadership skills to manage and oversee the daily operations of the Levy/Finance team, ensuring accurate and efficient processing while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and supervise the operational delivery team.
2. Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries and complaints.
3. Monitor performance against targets and implement improvements.
4. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
5. Implement operational changes effectively.
People and Team Leadership
1. Manage individual and team performance, aligning goals with organizational objectives.
2. Encourage professional development and manage succession planning.
3. Maintain effective communication and uphold team standards.
4. Lead by example, embodying CITB values of fairness, inclusion, and respect.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience managing operational or customer service teams.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven ability to handle customer queries and complaints.
* Understanding of operational delivery processes.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in continuous improvement environments.
* Knowledge of CITB Levy & Grant schemes is advantageous.
