Following continued success and long-term client relationships, our client is now expanding their Social Work division into England.
This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Social Work recruiter to take full ownership of their own desk, working fully remotely with genuine autonomy, trust, and zero micromanagement.
The Opportunity
You will work closely with the Head of Social Work while managing and running your own desk day-to-day. This is a grown-up, non-corporate environment where delivery, relationships, and ethics come before KPIs and heavy oversight.
You'll be joining a business with:

Key Responsibilities
* Build and grow a Social Work recruitment desk across England
* Win, manage, and develop client relationships
* Deliver high-quality, ethical recruitment solutions
* Work collaboratively with the Head of Social Work
* Drive desk performance and long-term market growth

You MUST Have
* Minimum 3 years' experience in Social Work recruitment
* Strong public sector knowledge
* Proven track record of billing and client development
* Ability to run and grow your own desk
* Relationship-led, ethical approach
* Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
