With significant investment, a strong brand, and an ambitious roadmap, this is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Sales Manager to take ownership of a high-potential team and help scale it to the next level.
🚀 The Opportunity
As Sales Manager, you’ll lead, develop, and coach a growing team of Public Sector Account Managers/BDMs, ensuring they have the structure, support, and strategy required to succeed.
You’ll play a pivotal role in:
* Driving new business and expanding existing Public Sector accounts
* Supporting team members with deal strategy, pipeline building, and complex bids
* Implementing sales frameworks, governance, and repeatable processes
* Working closely with SLT on long-term growth plans
* Representing the Public Sector division internally and externally
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who loves winning through their team and building a high-performing, accountable culture.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing and scaling a Public Sector sales team (AMs/BDMs)
* Coaching and mentoring team members to improve performance and capability
* Leading the development of sales plans, campaigns, and GTM strategies
* Overseeing pipeline quality, forecasting accuracy, and overall target achievement
* Supporting major bids and customer engagements across Central & Local Government, NHS, Education, and related sectors
* Collaborating with internal technical, bid, and delivery teams to ensure customer success

* Proven experience managing a sales team within an MSP, IT services, or technology environment
* Strong understanding of the UK Public Sector procurement landscape
* A natural coach who brings structure, clarity, and motivation to their team
* Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on deal support
* Confidence in leading pipeline reviews, forecasting sessions, and performance plans
