Our team is committed to fostering a nurturing atmosphere where children can thrive and parents feel confident in our care.*Summary*We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our dedicated team at Gleniffer Nursery Limited in the UK. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality childcare, and maintaining our welcoming environment in the Baby Room and 2-5 Room. Join us in shaping the future of early childhood education.*Responsibilities** Lead and manage the nursery team to deliver exceptional care and education.* Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.* Develop and implement educational programs aligned with early childhood development principles.* Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and staff to promote a positive nursery culture.* Manage administrative tasks including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.* Ensure health and safety policies are rigorously followed.* Support staff training and professional development.* Promote the nursery’s values of kindness, learning, and community engagement.* *Qualifications** Proven management experience within a nursery or early childhood setting.* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.* Extensive experience working with young children.* Excellent communication skills in English.* Knowledge of childcare regulations and standards.* Qualified to at least SCQF level 9 in Childhood Practice or willing to work towards.* Valid driving license is preferred but not essential.* *Call-To-Action*'Ready to make a difference in young lives?
