Recruitment Manager - Trades & Labour

As the Billing Manager and acting head of CRE, you will run your own 360 desk, support 2 consultants, and aim to expand the team while driving revenue.
This role is based at our head office in Horsforth, Leeds, with free onsite parking, close to public transport, and additional amenities like dress-down days, drinks fridge, social space, ping pong, and darts.

About the Role:
* Set yearly targets for team members
* Conduct weekly team meetings
* Monitor P&L
* Chase aged debt
* Arrange credit cover for clients
* Conduct monthly/quarterly reviews
* Fill jobs
* Business development for new clients
* Attend site and head office meetings

About You:
* Experience in Recruitment or Sales, particularly with a contract background
* Experience managing consultants
* Blue-collar recruitment experience in construction or trades & labour is desirable
* Ability to build rapport and generate new opportunities through BD and account management
* Team player with a desire to develop your career
