Key Responsibilities
·Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products or services to customers, both face-to-face and virtually.
·Technical Support: Work closely with the sales administrator to ensure solutions are technically accurate, achievable, and cost-effective.
·Key Account Management: Manage service contract customers, including handling customer enquiries, collating reports, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
·Customer Support: Work with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and ensure products meet system requirements.
·Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer demands and provide necessary technical support.
·Product Development: Consult on product development and recommend new or improved products to customers.
·Problem Solving: Help customers resolve issues with product usage to ensure satisfaction.
·Negotiation: Assist the sales team with negotiating contract terms to secure orders, ensuring delivery and product standards are met.
·Customer Service & Marketing: Support the marketing team with sourcing material for social media posts, sending feedback forms, and following up on responses.
·Enquiry Management: Monitor the sales inbox and direct emails, gathering initial information for quotes.
·Service & Maintenance Agreements (CSM): Update and ensure accuracy of service and maintenance agreements.
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
·Technical Expertise: A strong understanding of technical aspects, including potable water booster sets and small domestic wastewater plants.
·Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, particularly within the wastewater or related industries.
·Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical information clearly.
·Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-changing environment and meet deadlines.
Desirable Skills
·Salesforce CRM System: Experience with Salesforce CRM and report creation is desirable, though training can be provided if needed.
