We're on a mission to change the way businesses make decisions with our cutting-edge AI technology. To achieve that, we’re looking for passionate people to join our open and unconventional workplace. Our inclusive environment welcomes skills and experiences from diverse backgrounds, and defines who we are. About the Role Signal AI is on a mission to transform how the world's leading organisations manage reputation and risk — and our Revenue Operations team is at the heart of making that commercial engine run. We're looking for a sharp, energetic Salesforce & Systems Administrator to own our commercial tech stack and help our go-to-market teams move faster and smarter. This isn't a ticket-closing admin role. You'll be in the driving seat — configuring, optimising, and scaling the systems that power our commercial teams globally. You bring method to the madness: you think in systems, not just solutions — documenting as you go and building in a way that scales. We move fast, priorities shift, and things don't always go to plan — you're motivated by the challenge and energised by the pace. Expect autonomy, variety, and plenty of opportunities to grow. If you get genuine satisfaction from untangling messy data, building workflows that scale, and staying one step ahead, this is the role for you. What You'll Be Doing Own Salesforce — end to end Configure and maintain the full setup: user permissions, objects, fields, validation rules, and automation flows Build reports and dashboards that give our commercial teams the visibility they need to perform Take ownership of data quality — running audits, cleaning up inconsistencies, and making sure the business is always working from a reliable source of truth Be the go-to person for Salesforce across the business Keep our integrations running smoothly Manage and maintain connections between Salesforce and our wider commercial stack, including Apollo, Pardot, LeanData, Gong, ChurnZero, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and DealHub Ensure data flows cleanly and reliably across platforms — troubleshooting issues and coordinating with vendors when needed Drive Continuous Improvements Proactively identify bottlenecks across our commercial systems and own the solution from diagnosis through to execution Partner with commercial stakeholders to continuously improve how our systems support their day-to-day operations Own the documentation of how our systems are configured and why — creating a reliable reference point as the business scales What You'll Bring Must-have Salesforce Administrator certification Solid, hands-on Salesforce configuration experience — flows, validation rules, objects and permissions Confidence handling large, messy datasets and turning them into something accurate and actionable Strong communication skills — able to translate technical changes clearly to non-technical commercial stakeholders Nice to have Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools such as Pardot, HubSpot, or similar Familiarity with tools like LeanData, Apollo, Gong, DealHub, or similar Not sure you meet every requirement? Studies show that women and other underrepresented groups often hesitate to apply unless they check every box. At Signal AI, diverse perspectives strengthen our teams, drive innovation, and lead to better performance. So even if your background doesn’t align perfectly with each qualification, we encourage you to apply if you’re passionate about this role. We're dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where every Signaller feels welcomed, valued, and heard—a place where you can truly thrive as yourself.
