Customer Service Advisor - Background Checking

Overview
We are currently recruiting for a crucial Customer Service position within our Background Checking team, based out of our Nottingham office. This is a great opportunity to be part of an integral team within Experian and to advance both your customer service and administration skills, as well as starting on a career path that offers progression and learning opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Conduct a number of component parts of the employment screening process, including criminal record checks, DVLA and International checks.
* Work closely with your team, combining problem solving with a keen eye for detail to make accurate decisions.
What we offer
* Full Time
* Initial 3 weeks of training in the office, daily 9-5
* Following training, hybrid working model with 2 days per week in the office
* Working hours Monday–Friday 9-5
Qualifications
You ideally have a strong track record of excellent customer service skills, which you will combine with outstanding communication skills to support our clients and customers throughout their employment screening journey.
