We're hiring a Head of Business Development to lead AdmiTrade’s growth through strategic partnerships. This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for the entire deal lifecycle, from sourcing and qualifying prospects to negotiating and closing high-value partnerships with exchanges, OTC desks, token projects, and crypto platforms. You’ll work directly with the CEO of AdmiTrade and the VP of Growth at ICEO Group to shape and execute the company’s commercial and go-to-market strategy. Position Overview: We're hiring a Head of Business Development to lead AdmiTrade’s growth through strategic partnerships. About us: AdmiTrade is a dynamic trading company dedicated to maximising returns for investors through strategic trading and investment strategies in the evolving cryptocurrency market. So far, we have focused on providing liquidity for centralised exchanges, building the necessary technology, and validating the market.
We are now embarking on the next phase of our growth by building a platform for institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals that offers access to significant depth, dynamic credit lines, and passive capital multiplication methods. Additionally, our goal is to increase our activity as a market maker on centralised exchanges and expand into decentralised markets.
We are currently forming our team, starting with management, to achieve these objectives. This presents a unique opportunity for candidates to actively participate in building the company and driving its future success.
Responsibilities :
Build and further execute AdmiTrade’s business development and partnerships strategy, with the end goal of delivering growth for the company
Own the full B2B acquisition lifecycle - from identifying prospects (exchanges, OTC desks, crypto platforms, token projects) to closing commercial and strategic partnership deals.
Unlock untapped growth potential through business development and strategic partnerships by working closely with the CEO of AdmiTrade and the VP of Growth of ICEO Group
Leverage the connections in your network and consistently expand it to build strong relationships with strategic partners and key players in the industry
Act as a spokesperson for AdmiTrade, representing the company at industry events and in relevant media
Lead negotiations and structure commercial terms for integrations, liquidity partnerships, and token support agreements
Identify opportunities for future growth and optimization by constantly analyzing the business development and sales needs
Establish and refine processes to track BD performance and ROI, including funnel metrics, pipeline health, and revenue contribution.
Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful onboarding of new partners.
Requirements: Strong track record of success in closing strategic partnerships and designing impactful business development strategies in web3 and/or fintech
Deep understanding of web3 : crypto market structure, trading mechanics, and liquidity provisioning (CEX, DEX, OTC, tokens)
Demonstrated success in closing deals involving integrations, liquidity partnerships, or token listings
Strong network in the digital asset industry - exchanges, token projects, OTC desks, liquidity providers
Strong stakeholder management skills, having previously worked and delivered results through collaboration with product, compliance, and technical teams to execute commercial agreements
Experience working with CRM systems and pipeline management tools
Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
Results-oriented and data-driven, with the ability to define KPIs and track performance from lead generation to deal execution
