A welcoming and forward-thinking primary school based in Amesbury is seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Class Teacher to join their team from September 2026 on a full-time, permanent basis.

About the Role
The successful candidate will:
Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and well-structured lessons aligned with the national curriculum
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners
Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress effectively
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
Contribute to the wider life of the school community
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have experience or strong placement experience within KS1 or KS2
Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisational skills
Be committed to raising standards and improving pupil outcomes
Show enthusiasm, flexibility, and a proactive approach to teaching
Be a reflective practitioner with a passion for continuous professional development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
