Key Responsibilities: Leading functional architecture design and implementation for Microsoft Dynamics 365. Conducting comprehensive business analysis to understand and document client requirements. Overseeing solution architecture to ensure it meets business needs and integrates seamlessly. Utilising Power Platform, PowerApps, Power BI/Analytics, and Azure to develop robust solutions.
