Test Systems Development EngineerOrion is working with a market leader seeking a dedicated and innovative Test Systems Development Engineer to join its team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting cutting-edge test systems and equipment solutions. You will collaborate with various departments and external partners to ensure the successful planning, verification, integration, and deployment of test systems throughout their lifecycle.Responsibilities of the Test Systems Development EngineerCoordinate with engineering design, manufacturing, subcontractors, and suppliers on test system development issues.Prepare hardware and software test requirements based on engineering specifications.Support the entire development cycle of test systems, from conception to deployment.Produce technical proposals, specifications, and comprehensive documentation, including system design, costs, and timelines.Design and develop both controlling and monitoring software, as well as hardware components, in line with product specifications.Assemble and test hardware prototypes, create testing procedures, and perform verification and commissioning.Provide technical support, training, and documentation to other departments, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of test equipment.Requirements of the Test Systems Development EngineerRelevant degree in Electronic, Electromechanical, or related Engineering fields.Prior experience developing LabVIEW/TestStand applications.Experience with test system design, development, and integration.Strong communication and coordination skills.Good technical knowledge of software applications, processes, products, and hardware architecture (National Instruments / LabVIEW / TestStand / CVI)Benefits for the Test Systems Development EngineerOpportunity to work on innovative projects within a dynamic environment.Collaborative team culture supporting professional growth.Competitive salary and benefits package.Dental Insurance.10% annual bonus.If this Test Systems Development Engineer role is of interest, please click Apply or contact Steven at Orion.TPBN1_UKTJ
