Job Title: Floor Manager Location: Bank de Leon Reports To: Operations Manager / General Manager Job Overview: Bank de Leon is seeking a proactive and experienced Floor Manager to oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth team coordination. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills, capable of maintaining high standards while creating a positive and efficient working environment. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support front-of-house staff during daily operations Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently met Manage staff scheduling, breaks, and shift coordination Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally Monitor floor activity to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and organisation Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals Assist in onboarding new staff and conducting ongoing training Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and operational procedures Work closely with management to improve service quality and team performance Support stock control, ordering, and inventory management where required Requirements: Previous experience in a supervisory or management role (preferably in hospitality or retail) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Good organisational and time management skills Desirable Skills: Experience in staff training and development Knowledge of POS systems and operational procedures Strong customer service background What We Offer: Competitive salary Opportunities for career progression Supportive and dynamic work environment Ongoing training and development How to Apply: If you are passionate about leadership and delivering excellent customer experiences, we would love to hear from you.
