Honest Dog Company is a fast growing dog supplement brand selling across Shopify DTC, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. We've grown from a bedroom brand to over £1.8M annual revenue and 4,000+ active subscribers in under 3 years. Bootstrapped, profitable, and scaling.
We're hiring a hands-on operations person to work directly alongside the founder. You'll have genuine ownership over the day-to-day running of the business.
1. Customer experience - managing our support inbox, social media comments and messages, and ensuring every customer gets a fast, thoughtful response. We use AI tooling to assist, but you'll bring the judgment and the human touch.
2. TikTok Shop & affiliate programme - managing our TikTok Shop listings, growing our affiliate network using automation tools, building relationships with top-performing creators, and monitoring content performance.
3. Inventory & operations - monitoring stock levels across our 3PL, Amazon, and in-transit inventory using our internal dashboard. Flagging issues before they become problems. Liaising with suppliers and our warehouse on deliveries and lead times.
4. General ops - you'll be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. Order issues, process improvements, reporting, and anything else that keeps the business running smoothly.
You're a good fit if you:
* Have 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce, DTC, or a similar fast-paced environment
* Are proactive. You investigate problems and come with solutions, not just questions
* Can write clearly and warmly in a customer-facing context
* Are comfortable with tools like Shopify, TikTok Shop, Klaviyo, or are quick to pick up new platforms
* Are reliable, consistent, and take ownership of your work
* Are based in the UK
This role isn't for you if:
* You prefer being told what to do rather than figuring things out
* You need close supervision to stay productive
* You see customer service as beneath you
* You're looking for a purely strategic role, this is hands-on

* £30,000 - £32,000 depending on experience
