Architectural Technologist — Manchester — Up to £50,000 pa + flexible working

They have a great opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technologist with good REVIT skills, to support their strong pipeline of prestigious residential, commercial, and large mixed-use development work.
Key attributes
* Architectural Technician / Technologist with minimum 5 years' experience
* Experience working at RIBA Work Stages 3-6 and the ability to coordinate with the wider design team
* High level of technical expertise and good communication skills
* Experience and proficiency in writing NBS specifications
* A high level of knowledge of Autodesk Revit detail production
* A team player with good communication skills, motivated, collaborative, and passionate with attention to detail
* Working knowledge of the UK Building Regulations
* A keen interest in, and knowledge of, sustainable design would be an advantage
