MidKent Colleges Motor Vehicle department are looking to recruit an experienced lecturer who can support students in completing their City & Guilds Level 1 Certificate in Vehicle Maintenance and Level 2 Certificate and Diploma in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Principles. This is a permanent position, working 29.6 hours per week, and 52 weeks a year. The candidate would need:
* the ability to develop and deliver engaging lessons, create lesson plans, and assess student progress
* effective communication Skills: Clear and effective communication to explain complex concepts in an understandable manner
* Sound Industry Experience: Real-world experience in the automotive industry to provide practical insights and examples
* To stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and teaching methods
* To be skilled in assessing student work, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring compliance with academic standards
