We are seeking a talented and passionate Junior Sous/ Sous Chef to join our team here at Engine Social Dining, creating small plates from all around the world. This is an exciting opportunity for a chef to work in a team who have this year been awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and food preparation, ensuring all dishes meet our high culinary standards.
* Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective team management and collaboration.
* Oversee food production processes, ensuring timely and quality service during peak hours.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to strict food safety regulations.
About the Job
* 4.5 day week (Sunday, Monday and Tuesday Evenings closed)
* 2 Fortnightly, annual holiday closures in Summer and Christmas. Additional holiday allowance throughout the year.
