As a key member of the Global Appliances Category Team, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of a strategic range within our appliance portfolio. You’ll drive product strategy, define roadmaps, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional products that meet customer needs and exceed market expectations. This role is designed for a strategic marketer who wants to shape the future growth of the category, translating insights into disruptive, consumer-led innovation pipeline. This role requires strong collaboration across global and local teams, working with R&D, Markets, Commercialization, Insights, Design, Supply Chain, and PepsiCo brand teams.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the product strategy for the appliances category across multiple markets
* Lead consumer and market research to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities
* Define product requirements and prioritize features based on impact and feasibility
* Collaborate with R&D, design, supply chain, and marketing teams to bring products to market
* Monitor product performance and iterate based on customer feedback and data
* Own pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for new launches
