* Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
* Review and evaluate AI‑generated clinical content, documentation, and EHR‑related outputs for accuracy and real‑world applicability
* Apply your nursing expertise to assess whether AI responses reflect safe, evidence‑based clinical workflows
* Identify gaps, inaccuracies, or unsafe recommendations in AI outputs related to nursing practice
* Provide structured, detailed feedback that helps AI systems better understand clinical informatics and documentation needs
* Translate complex nursing workflow knowledge into clear, actionable evaluations
* Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
* Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with experience in clinical informatics or health IT
* Hands‑on experience working with EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner
* Strong understanding of clinical documentation workflows and nursing practice standards
* Ability to critically evaluate AI outputs against real‑world clinical expectations
* Detail‑oriented with clear written communication skills
* No prior AI experience required — your clinical knowledge is what matters
Nice to Have
* Experience in clinical informatics, health IT implementation, or EHR optimization
* Background in data annotation, quality review, or evaluation systems
* Familiarity with interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR)
* Informatics certification (e.g., ANCC RN‑BC in Nursing Informatics)
