The Role
We are currently looking forexperienced Support Workersto join our growing team. You will be supporting vulnerable young people in a variety of settings, helping them with daily activities and promoting independence.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing person-centred care and support
* Assisting with daily living activities such as meal preparation, and medication support
* Supporting individuals to access the community and maintain social activities
* Maintaining accurate records and care notes
* Working collaboratively with other care professionals and families
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year experience as a Support Worker in the UK
* Good understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work xxuwjjq independently and as part of a team
* Right to work in the UK
