Job Title: Multimodal Business Development Manager Location: Manchester (Hybrid - office 2 days/week, flexible depending on location) Salary & Package: 55,000 - £65,000 uncapped commission (10% GP on lifetime accounts, typically target 2x base) About the Role Are you an experienced freight sales professional looking for your next challenge? Our client, a rapidly growing international logistics group, is seeking a high-performing Multimodal BDM to join their Manchester team. With a strong global network and multiple offices worldwide (including Dubai, India, China, KSA, Oman, Turkey, Nigeria, Kenya), this is a chance to work with a truly international platform and build a book of business with world-class support. You'll focus on Air Export, particularly to the Middle East, and Far East Ocean imports, leveraging operational support and competitive pricing to win business. With a modern, professional team behind you, you'll have the tools to succeed from day one. What You'll Do Develop new business across multiple freight modes, including Air and Ocean. Manage and grow key accounts with high-value clients. Leverage the company's global network to offer innovative, competitive solutions. Collaborate closely with a dedicated operational team based in Manchester. Achieve ambitious sales targets and earn a strong, uncapped commission. What We're Looking For Proven track record in freight sales/BDM roles, ideally across multiple modes. Strong relationships and experience in Air Export and/or Ocean Import markets. Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially savvy. Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and managing your own pipeline.
