Travel: High travel required (regional + occasional overnight)

Compensation: £35,000 – £45,000 + Benefits

Opportunity
We are seeking a Validation Technician to join our growing UK team, supporting the validation of cleanrooms and controlled environments at customer sites.
This Is a Hands‑on, Field‑based Role Where You Will
* Work in high‑spec, regulated environments
* Travel to customer sites across the UK
* Play a critical role in ensuring environments meet strict compliance and quality standards

What You’ll Do
* Perform validation testing on new and existing cleanrooms at customer sites
* Ensure accuracy, integrity, and quality of collected data
* Execute testing in line with established procedures, standards, and compliance requirements
* Generate clear, accurate validation reports to company standards
* Manage your own schedule and travel efficiently across assigned regions
* Support installation and operations teams during project phases when needed
* Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure projects are delivered on time and to standard
* Maintain compliance with internal quality systems (e.g., ISO standards)
* Continuously develop your technical knowledge and skills
Required Qualifications
* Technical or mechanical background (education or hands‑on experience)
* Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
* Ability to work independently in a field‑based, travel‑heavy role
* High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Full, clean UK driving licence
Preferred (Not Required)
* Experience with cleanrooms, validation, or controlled environments
* Mechanical or technical certifications (e.g., Level 3 or equivalent)
* Experience in regulated industries (pharma, biotech, healthcare)
* Familiarity with risk assessments, safety protocols, or site surveys
* Prior field service or mobile technician experience
