Are you ambitious, driven, and ready to accelerate your recruitment career? At 5V Video, we’re hiring a Senior Delivery Consultant with 1+ year of experience in tech recruitment and technical resourcing to support roles across the US, UK, and EU.
You’ll play a key role in building high-quality pipelines for software developers, software architects, and cloud engineers, working in a team that will support your development and help you grow into a recognised technical delivery specialist.
This role requires someone who can confidently source niche engineering and software talent using a wide range of methods, from deep-dive LinkedIn searches and market mapping to community engagement, networking, referrals, and creative headhunting.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Building and nurturing relationships with candidates
* Source niche tech talent using a wide range of methods, from deep-dive LinkedIn searches and market mapping to community engagement, networking, referrals, and creative headhunting.
* Establishing yourself as an industry specialist
* Managing the full delivery recruitment cycle across contract and perm roles in tech
* Sourcing top-tier candidates through networking, LinkedIn, and referrals
* Taking part in industry events, podcasts, and international conferences
* Building elite talent pools within your industry specialism
* Collaborating with 5V Media to elevate and build your personal brand
What We’re Looking For
* 12+ months of recruitment & resourcing experience within contract or perm
* Resilient, ambitious, and target-driven
* Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills
* Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple projects
* A true team player who brings energy and drive to everything they do
* Bonus: experience in tech recruitment or the US/EU
