Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our friendly and dynamic Community Stroke Rehabilitation Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a busy, interdisciplinary rehabilitation service, supporting adults to maximise independence, participation, and quality of life in their own homes and communities. You will provide holistic assessment to clients with diverse or complex presentations, work within the community as part of an inter‑professional team, provide specific occupational therapy intervention, key work individual cases as appropriate, give occupational therapy advice to colleagues, participate as a team member, manage a clinical caseload, support service improvement and delivery, participate in health promotion and education of staff, clients and families, and undertake regular professional development activities.

Qualifications
* BSc / MSc in Occupational Therapy.
* Current registration with HCPC.
* Postgraduate qualification or evidence of relevant post‑qualification professional development.
* Significant rotational Band 5 experience.
