Quantity Surveyor (Subcontract Procurement) – Major Project Location: Plymouth (Hybrid – Office & Home Working) Salary: £65,000 – £68,000 + enhanced package Contract: Permanent | Full-Time About the Role: Sphere Solutions are working in partnership with a Tier 1 contractor to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a multi-million-pound flagship project in Plymouth. The main function for this role will be Subcontract Procurement, on a high-profile scheme, providing commercial support across both civils and build elements of the project. The ideal candidate will have strong experience within civils, sound knowledge of NEC4 Option contracts, and exposure to construction build projects. Senior Quantity Surveyors with a strong subcontract procurement background are also encouraged to apply.
