Are you are looking for your next social care role, or a change in career and a feel-good reward? Support Worker 
We are looking for Support Workers to work with us in Tunbridge Wells, supporting adults with a range of physical, mental, and behavioural support needs on both levels of this supported living service. Ideally you will have experience with supporting adults with autism and behaviours of concerns, but we are here to support you and provide resources to learn.
We cover part- and full-time hours, from 24 hours to 39 hours, and our shifts are from 7.00pm, Monday to Sunday including long days, so there are different ways to work with us and so we will discuss your availability with you.
The people we support are energetic and can participate in lots of community activities such as walking, parks, swimming, bowling, visiting cafes, restaurants and shops so it is essential to hold a full UK driving licence and you are happy to drive our cars.
Supporting our people to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond. 
Supporting our people with social activities and connecting with family and friends.  
Supporting the management of our people’s finances. 
Keeping our people’s home clean and fresh, and going shopping.  
Providing, and encouraging, personal care.
