Salary: £23,753 to £25,847 FTE (Salary dependent on qualifications and experience)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent, Term Time Only (38 weeks)
Cirencester College is looking to recruit a number of enthusiastic Attendance Officers to join our friendly, supportive team. Attendance is the key factor in academic success and as a member of the support staff, you would play a pivotal role in supporting our learners to achieve during their academic studies by monitoring and encouraging full attendance.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, reliable, have great communication skills and excellent team working skills. You will be contacting parents, carers, external and students, to identify any issues affecting attendance and making internal and external referrals to help overcome those issues.
This role is a permanent term-time only role.
Qualifications
* Good level of general education, including GCSE English and Maths Grade 4/C or above.
* Positive interest in working with young people and confident communication skills.
* Ability to work calmly.
* Efficient user of computer systems, including Teams and Outlook.
