Job Description
The key responsibilities of the role include:
3. Overseeing the daily operations of residential sales and conducting team meetings
4. Ensuring adherence to company standards and current legislation
5. Identifying potential buyers and sellers, securing maximum quality viewings, valuations, instructions, and financial services appointments
6. Conducting canvassing and accompanying viewings
7. Managing withdrawals through negotiation and managing client expectations
8. Managing sales progression and communicating regularly with solicitors, buyers, and sellers
9. Securing offers and maximising value streams
10. Conducting property valuations and preparing pre-valuation information
11. Analysing market and business data to prepare vendor reports
The Successful Applicant
Th ideal candidate for this role will have:
12. At least 2-3 years of experience at the Senior Negotiator level
13. Strong knowledge of relevant legislation affecting residential sales and lettings
14. Proven experience in sales progression and valuations
15. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
16. A valid UK driving license
