The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: • Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support for students with SEND • Adapt and scaffold learning to ensure full access to the secondary curriculum • Support students with literacy, numeracy, and classroom engagement • Promote confidence, independence, and positive social interaction • Work closely with teaching staff to create an inclusive and structured learning environment • Monitor progress and contribute to EHCP targets and reviews • Support emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and safeguarding at all times This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a visible difference every day, supporting students to grow in resilience and self-belief.
