Responsibilities
- Work on a wide range of rural planning and development projects.
- Manage relationships with clients, planning officers, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit planning applications and supporting documentation.
- Hybrid office-based role with flexibility available.
- Long-term progression into leadership or regional management positions.
- Further training and professional qualifications supported (RTPI, RICS, RIBA, CIAT, etc.).
Qualifications
- Planning experience, ideally within rural, agricultural, or land-based projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and negotiation ability.
- Understanding of permitted development and rural planning legislation.
- Team player with a proactive and personable attitude.
Full UK Driving Licence.
