Job Description
Our London consulting team has ambitious plans to further develop and expand our work in support of Private Equity clients and other financial sponsors based in the UK in B2B software, ICT services and digital infrastructure. This will involve delivering high-impact projects such as commercial due diligence work and strategy development in these sectors.
To support our growth, you will join our London office and become part of our global pool of consultants, working on projects internationally as our teams collaborate across the world. You will be a core part of the project team, providing strategic advice and transaction support across a portfolio of projects to clients worldwide.
You will gain client exposure, with the opportunity to lead work streams and develop project management skills, while also mentoring juniors from day one.
You will be a trusted advisor to our clients, with a focus on mid and large cap private equity funds and other financial sponsors. You will work on our whole range of projects, with a particular focus on commercial due diligence in the context M&A and financing.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Executing projects across the TMT sector, focusing on due diligence and M&A.
* Learning to manage project streams and a diverse range of small projects across a wide range of geographies.
* Conducting and progressively leading quantitative and qualitative analysis on various projects.
* Identifying and resolving key issues in complex client projects, as well as developing frameworks for project solving.
* Communicating main findings to both internal and external clients through written, graphical and live presentations.
* Conducting research to identify new investment opportunities by screening targets and analysing sector trends.
* Developing strong working relationships with team members and developing a depth of knowledge in defined areas of work.
* Developing a deep sector knowledge and building your profile as an industry expert.
Qualifications

As such, you need existing transaction support experience, delivering commercial due diligence projects to private equity and other financial sponsors.
You also need to have had exposure to B2B software, ICT services and/or digital infrastructure assets.
You need to be fluent in English. We are also particularly interested to talking to you if you can work in German, Dutch or Polish.
