£38,000 £45,000 basic DOE | £55,000+ OTE

The Role
Youll be a Field Service Engineer carrying out:
* Breakdown, servicing & PPM on compactors and balers
* Mechanical, electrical & hydraulic fault-finding
* Installations and commissioning
* Customer-facing work across a Reading-centric patch
This is a hands-on engineering role not a desk job, not general plant.
What Youll Need
* Proven experience working on compactors, balers or recycling equipment
* Strong mechanical & hydraulic knowledge (electrical fault-finding essential)
* Field service background preferred
* Full UK driving licence
* Able to work independently and represent the company professionally

* £38,000 £45,000 basic (experience dependent)
* £55,000+ realistic OTE
