One of UKs leading food producers is seeking a Technical Manager for one of their key manufacturing operations You will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of product quality, food safety, and compliance and will lead a team of technical professionals, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring products adhere to both internal standards and regulatory requirements.
We need a professional manager with a degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field along withextensive experience in a technical or quality management role within the food manufacturing industry. The Technical Manager is expected to have in-depth knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, BRCGS) and quality management systems and bring strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a technical team.
