We're currently recruiting for a Supported Housing Officer in Hatfield.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, with a strong chance of securing the permanent position if successful in the role.
You will be offering support to vulnerable people between the age of 18 25 years of age with complex needs. This can include working with people at risk of homelessness.
Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle will be required for this role.
39 hours p/w | Shifts will be on a rota between 08:00 - 22:00 (some weekends required)
