Senior Quantity Surveyor – Cardiff
Our client, a large M&E contractor, is currently recruiting for a Project Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on several M&E projects in South Wales. The projects include Schools, Hospitals, and Offices. They welcome candidates with diverse sector experience, focusing on principles and ethics.
Location: Cardiff, Wales / Hybrid work from home
Remuneration: £50,000 – £65,000 per annum plus car/car allowance & benefits
The role: The successful candidate will work on projects including Schools, Hospitals, and Offices.
Requirements:
* Knowledge of NEC or JCT forms of contract
* Quantity Surveying experience
* Mechanical & Electrical background (preferable)
